Army kills leopard in south Kashmir, 4 men injured

Srinagar, Feb 10: Army has killed a leopard in south Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) area on Monday, reports said. 
They said the wild animal attacked an army patrol in Mir Bazar area and injured four soldiers. Following this, an army soldier shot dead the leopard, witnesses told Greater Kashmir.
 
The incident triggered panic in the area. Reports said officials of the Wildlife Department were caught napping while the incident took place.
