Srinagar, Feb 10: A number of areas in Kashmir are witnessing a curfew-like situation for the second consecutive day Monday, reports said. They said police and paramiltiary forces have imposed restrictions on movement of people and transport “to thwart any protests in the wake of strike carred by pro-freedom groups.”
Attendence in government offices is thin, a report said. Strict restrictions have been put in place in major towns and old Srinagar areas, they said.
