Dr Nisar ul Hassan’s arrest Govt’s frustration: HCJK

Srinagar, May 20 (KNS): Expressing strong resentment over the arrest of Doctors’ Association president Dr Nisar ul Hassan, the spokesperson of Hurriyat Conference Jammu Kashmir (HCJK) has termed it the frustration of government. “This is totally unlawful, inhuman and dictatorial approach on part of government,” he said in a statement issued to KNS. Expressing solidarity with Dr Nisar ul Hassan, the spokesperson said that government should stop such game of lawlessness in the name of law and warned it of serious repercussions if they fail to refrain from such activities. Expressing grief over the death of a 3-year-old girl of Parraypora Simran Reyaz, Budgam, Drang and injuring of her 7-year-old brother Reyaz Ahmad, he said the unexploded shells that forces fire has become a death trap for the people of Tosamaidan. “Till date, this firing game has claimed thousands of lives. The Army should vacate the ground at earliest in order to prevent the lives of innocent people.” Meanwhile, the spokesperson has condemned the raid on the residence of chairman Islamic Political Party, Muhammad Yusuf Naqash and said that pro-freedom leaders cannot be suppressed or scared by such futile attempts.
