HCJK leaders placed under house arrest

Srinagar: The police on Thursday put Hurriyat Conference Jammu and Kashmir (HCJK) leadership under house confinement at Freedom House in Sanatnagar, the HCJK leader Nayeem Ahmad Khan informed KNS on phone.
Khan said that after his arrival from Delhi today, he along with Shabir Dar had straightway reached to Freedom House in Sanatnagar to meet Shabir Ahmad Shah, HCJK leader. “But police asked us not to move outside the freedom house till further orders,” Khan informed. However, no police officer confirmed the news. (KNS)
