A weak Western Disturbance is very likely to affect Jammu and Kashmir from tomorrow. Under its influence, light to moderate rain and thundershowers are expected at some places in Jammu and Kashmir.
There is no forecast of any continuous or heavy rainfall. However, intensity of thundershowers in parts of Jammu region can be heavy as the western arm of monsoon lies close to the foothills of the Himalayas.
These shorts spells of rain may keep the weather pleasant across the Union Territory till 01 September.
