From last 3 days, many people are texting me, asking about any such possibility.
I want to clarify there is no such forecast as of now. The latest forecast shows mostly dry weather till 20th October.
Last year, we experienced snowfall, particularly in south Kashmir plains, around 23 October, which is a very rare event.
Even heavy snowfall in the first week of November in plains is very rare.
We are seeing this trend happening from the last 4 years. But there is no such forecast for this year as of now.
Will surely issue a forecast in case any possibility arises. Farmers especially don’t need to worry about anything.
