Salman Khan replaces Atif Aslam after Pulwama attack

SRINAGAR: After the Pulwama attack, all Indian Cine Workers Association announced a total ban on Pakistani artists and actors from working in India.

According to Pinkvilla, the recent news that has now come in is that Salman Khan has asked his production house Salman Khan Films to replace Atif Aslam song from Notebook. The re-recording of the song will be done in a day or two.

The AICWA letter reads, “All Indian Cine Workers Association strongly condemns the militant attack on our soldiers at Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir.”

“We’re officially announcing a total ban on Pakistani actors and artists working in film industry. Still, if any organization insist on working with Pakistani artists will be banned by AICWA and strong action will be taken against them,” read the letter, signed by AICWA General Secretary, Ronak Suresh Jain.

Talking about Notebook, Salman Khan has recently shared the first poster of the Nitin Kakkar directorial Notebook which will star Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl. Director Nitin Kakkar will be launching the two newcomers Zaheer Iqbal and Pranutan Bahl in his upcoming film Notebook. Most of the film’s scenes are being shot extensively in Kashmir. According to the director, the storyline of the film required a picturesque backdrop due to which the film has been shot in Kashmir.
