Shiv Sena praises Modi’s government over delimitation in Jammu and Kashmir

SRINAGAR: Shiv Sena has supported the delimitation in Jammu and Kashmir. Shiv Sena has said through its mouthpiece affair that the intention of the present central government is very good. It was said in the face that by deciding the delimitation in Jammu and Kashmir, Amit Shah has clarified the intention of the government. It is important for the Muslims of Jammu and Kashmir to enforce the law and order of the country.

With this, the delimitation will not only change the geography of Jammu and Kashmir but the next Chief Minister will be the Hindu. Kashmir is only part of Hindustan, it is extremely important to give such message to Pakistan and separatists. It was further stated that the Home Minister of Congress had put arms in front of the local leaders of Kashmir but the Kashmir operation of the Home Minister Amit Shah in the Modi Government is a national duty.

Amit Shah signs of delimitation
According to sources, it is being reported that Home Minister Amit Shah is contemplating the formation of the delimitation commission in Jammu and Kashmir. The last time in Jammu and Kashmir was delimited in 1995. On the orders of Governor Jagmohan, in 1995, 87 seats were formed in Jammu and Kashmir.

Farooq Abdullah had imposed restriction on 2026
According to the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, there should be delimitation of constituencies after every 10 years. In such a situation, the delimitation of seats in the state should have been in 2005. But in the state in 2002, the then Farooq Abdullah government had banned it till 2026. The Abdullah Government took this decision while making changes in Jammu and Kashmir’s Representation of the People Act, 1957 and the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.
