Srinagar: Kashmir University students suffer a lot as stray dogs hardly allow anyone to move around the campus.
A couple of weeks back, a girl was bitten by dogs within the University campus and was later hospitalized.
There isn’t a single day when these dogs don’t run after/chase people.
Not only on a single spot, these dogs roam around the campus every single day and restrict the movement of students and others.
Authorities have done nothing in regard to this matter as always.
